Does your metal extrusion that goes across the very rear of your roof just have the screws covered with Dicor calk? If so, buy a length of the vinyl insert that goes in the extrusion. This will give you another 1/2" or so of height possibly allowing the water to make it to the rain gutter instead of shooting off the rear of the roof. It will look custom as well since many RV's come with the insert installed OEM.
