When we got our 2019 2120RL the awning light switch would turn on only the main awning light. The awning light on the main slide would come on with the DS scare light switched on. I removed the light panel and found they had wired the switch incorrectly as the two awning wires should have been connected together and were not. Easy fix.

form what I seen on ours, I would guess maybe the wires are not even connected to the cap light switch.
