Bob and Pam, we are still undecided what we will do once in the house. If a good offer comes along on the combination we just might let it go.

Many extras as can be seen in my signature.......Would also throw in a VIP PLatinum membership to 1000 Trails, however, you must pay the xter fee ($700 I believe). This membership allows three weeks in each park and no time out from park to park. Spend the rest of your life in California, Oregon, Washington and Arizona without a nightly fee. This is invaluable.
