You dont have to do the cooling systems yet. You need to have it tested for PH and they do that at the dealer. When the PH goes bad they add something to the cooling system to bring back the PH. As for doing the secondary cooling system by all means do both. You don't need to flush yet. Oil change and fuel filters are always good. You don't have to change the fuel filters every oil change. You can go 20,000 miles on fuel filters.
