Proper operating temperatures for Ford 6.7

I tow with a 2016 F350 with the 6.7 diesel. When towing I watch the engine oil temperature running at about 205 - 215 degrees and the transmission running about 10 degrees lower.
I used to have a 2008 F350 with the 6.4 diesel. That truck ran about 185 - 190 engine temp and 170 - 180 trans temp under the same conditions.
For those of you who have the 6.7 diesel....are these temps about average for this vehicle? Or is mine running a little hotter than it should?
I'd appreciate any info on this. I know high temps can kill the transmission very quickly and over heating the engine is not good either.
