My solution was when I removed the roof units and found major air leakage at the duct connection in the air distribution box. lots of air crossing over between the supply and the return and lot of air blowing into the ceiling cavity. not to mention the forward unit was set to far forward and the gasket blocking the return from the supply was not in the correct place.

6 hours and a roll of High Pressure Foil Tape and it is amazing difference of the even air flow through out the RV.
