It’s curious that you are having this problem in a new unit. Keystone goes to great lengths to boast that the A/C ducting is now crush proof. There’s a whole section on it in the January 2018 brochure. If true the old method of opening up the ducting probably won’t work, unless you have an earlier production 2018 rather than the latest version (after September 2017). It’s also possible that some of the ducting became disconnected. Best to discuss with your dealer.
