Entry door latch
Our entry door latch broke; the prong on the inside which moves the bolt broke off. Had to take the backing plate off and use a screwdriver to get out. Tried to find a replacement, but no one was interested/available over the 4th time frame. didn't want to buy a whole lock just for the backing plate and then I put my glasses on and discovered an 800# on the backing plate. Called and left our # and someone did return my call, and they sent me a replacement within a week at no charge.
