For those going to the fall rally first time or 13th time you will be going on a factory tour. As you are in each assembly point ask your tour guide what the quality control is for that point in the assembly. The tour guides are Keystone employees and mostly members of management. They can give you the answer.
If you have the time take a tour of one of the other brand plants and ask the same question.
