Several have already mentioned it, but I have stayed at the Cody KOA a couple of times. They have a nice park right outside of town. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. We like it and probably wouldn't stay anywhere else just because we know that is a nice place.
It only takes about 10 minutes to get from there to the rodeo which is on the complete opposite side of town.
