We are meeting another rally participant at 5am in the Costco parking lot in Woodland. It's located right next to I-5 at the Road 102 exit. That puts us at the Rolling Hills casino about 15 minutes before the buffet breakfast opens. We usually get fuel there also as it's an easy in & out.
