Slide adjustment is spelled out in the Lippert brochure included in the documentation that came with the unit. Usually pretty easy as long as you mark your start point in case you have to rework your adjustments and follow the steps sequentially. Dealers often categorize slide adjustments as routine maintenance not covered by warranty. Others do from a customer goodwill perspective. Our experience over the years, once adjusted correctly ( the slide seals correctly top, bottom, sides) and does not track the interior carpet, pretty much adjustment free after that.
