We purchased a 2017 Montana 3820FK last June. While yes, we have had problems, after talking with folks who have bought from other manufacturers (Grand Design, Jayco, Bighorn, etc. it seems everyone has had their share of issues/problems. I think the best thing to do is to prepare yourself for something to break or not work and take a deep breath when it happens and have plenty of wine on hand.
