Just a thought from someone who is gleening all the info that I can from the MOC, I think it only makes sense to load all the heavy stuff as low to the floor as possible to prevent cabinets from coming apart from the "earthquake effect" from traveling down the hiway! I think it would also benefit your handling since your center of gravity would be lower as well, the unit would be less top heavy! Sorry that's my trucking background kicking in!
