Just north of Carlsbad is The Ranch, an Escapee park in Lakewood, NM. Several of us own lots there. Sitting Bull falls, Cloud Croft, White Sands, and Roswell are all day trips from there. They have reverse osmosis water, good Wifi and reasonable rates.
