Helen, You're right about "good place to be stranded." Stayed at Hi Country RV there twice last summer. Try Yukon Rib and Salmon BBQ downtown! Wal-Mart, Starbucks, etc. Have fun and a safe journey. Watch for those frost heaves. Hope the road after Haines Jct. has been improved?!!!
