It's always a shame when the owner gets stuck in the middle between 2 large companies. If Keystone had good customer service they'd replace the refrigerator on a unit that's under their one year warranty (if that's the case), then Keystone and Norcold can fight it out between themselves as to what caused the failure. Really a shame when the owner gets caught in the middle. Let us know how it works out.
