You did not say what year your Montana was, I assume you have capacitive touch thermostats. Call Dometic customer support: (800) 544-4881

You could also reset it and see if the error comes back. To reset:

With the HVAC unit off
Touch mode and up at the same time, two dashes will appear
Touch mode again, reset is complete
