Carol congratulations on your upgrade. I want to personally remind you to really go over your new 3160 with a fine tooth comb, before and during your PDI. Once you have accepted the unit as is Keystone is not really very willing to help you out. Unless you have an exception dealer you get the same results from them also. We have a 3160 RL LE and like it. So far it has been at the dealership for about 70% of the time since we bought it. We have made three payments and used it three times. With that being said we really do like our unit. We just want the problems fixed. So do yourself a favor and schedule plenty of time for your PDI. There is a PDI list on this website that you could use to help you. I truly hope everything goes well and remember that you don't have to sign on the contract until any problems have been fixed.
