Thank goodness you did a proper PDI; so many folks don't. We had about 20 items and Lazy Days Tampa fully cooperated and made things right before we accepted the unit. And you're right, the unit should have never left the factory in that condition. LD told me that Keystone doesn't care that they dump on their dealers.
