Thanks Ken, the service center repaired our Montana even though it was 3 years old. We started our complaints before the warranty was over and was persistant at getting it fixed. Two days after this years rally, they had me on my way home with a smile as they looked at and took care of all 12 items on the list.
My thoughts on the unhappy Alpine owner is they should call the service center and try to get them to see to their problems.
