What we think may be of little importance. If it were me, I might ask the service manager of the location you expect to fullfill your service needs, what kind of service and cooperation they get from that carrier. Then I might telephone around to other service departments and ask other service managers about that same carrier.

If I got a negative report then I would ask the service manager which carrier provided the best cooperation on claims. If the service managers have trouble getting paid then you will have a problem getting them to file directly rather than you hoping to get reimburced after paying the charges yourself.
