When you sign up for the Fall Rally has nothing to do with when you sign up for the Rally-- early or later. The site assignments are done normally in August and will be posted here on the Forum. Keep watching for the Forum for signing up for the Rally and looking forward to seeing everyone again this upcoming Rally.
