For those just wanting to add a DVD player to the 12 volt bedroom TV, we installed a Jensen 12 volt DVD player
http://www.my12voltstore.com/JENSEN_..._p/dvdb01m.htm . I mounted it above the TV using aluminum angle stock, and when we are unable to get satellite or OTA reception, we just watch DVDs.
