My arm ain't long enough
The vent in the kitchen area of the 3295RK is very high, cannot reach that baby without a stool.
SOOO, came up with an idea to solve the problem.
Took a 1 inch (diameter) piece of PVC, about 5 foot long. I made a "notch", for lack of a better descriptive word. Now, this is gonna be a bit difficult to describe, but:
The notch is about 1/2 inch deep. It takes out a piece on each side of the "circle" that is about 1/2 inch wide.
If, you look down on the notched end of the PCV pipe, it looks like this: ( )
Now, we can stand on the floor and open and close the vent. This is important to us because this vent is the one with the MaxAir fan installed, we open and close it a lot.
Pipe can be stored under the couch where it is easy to get to.
