Our dealer gave us a 50A / 15A adapter when we bought the trailer. It does the job very well.
As with Bill & Ann, we also purchased a 50A/30A cable (25-ft model) from Camping World. It sure beats lugging the 50A cable around, when you do not need to run the air conditioner.
