After reading this thread and other complaints, I went looking. Beleive me, I did not believe what I found. Keystone says the remote is too complicated for us dummies and if we would just read the instructions and follow them, everything would be OK, at least that is how I interpreted it. My dealer doesn't know how to work it either. Fortunately I have not picked up my 3400RL yet. When I do, If they can't make it work and show me how, I will not take delivery until the problem is solved.
