I don't think the roof is an issue. All Keystone's have the loose rubber membrane from what I have seen.
Seems someone that used to post on here had issues with axles on a Mountaineer BH. I know my neighbors (329RL ?)(not sure about the model #) has the 5200 pound axles on his year model 2005. We have the 2006 unit with 6000 pound axles.
