as I posted before I took my 4th Quest 4000 back and asked the dealer (CW) to buy be out and I would buy a new Panasonic from Best Buys. They contacted Keystone and allowed me 188.50 to buy me out. I went to best buys bought a home theather and its the smartest thing I have ever done to resolve this problem.
