Golfer1: I just went out to the NADA site (
www.nada.com) and, not knowing the options, just plugged in a few such as 10 gal water heater gas/elec w/DSI, power roof vent with rain senser, and power front jacks. In any case, according to NADA avg retail for base (?) unit is a little over 39K, with the few options I put in it goes up to $42,400. So, as a swag estimate I'd say you are getting a good deal. Again, it all depends on how it was used (mileage, wear and tear on interior and running gear, etc..)
