We stayed in a NE CT campground for 14 months and electric usage charge was .19/kw. I was very surprised at how high our bill (usage ) was. We were gone 2 weeks in July last year and still used over 1100kw with ACs off. I was suspicious of meter used but with very limited spots up there open year round, we sucked it up and paid whatever. Average monthly usage was 900-1200kw. Refrigerator was always on propane. Water heater was on both.
