And don't forget those crappy power connections that crop up...which require partially pulling the water heater to check. Yeah, really love that excellence in engineering setup. The water heater works great if it has 12vdc for control board and propane or 120vac for electric element. And then there is that switch outside behind the cover that has on occasion fried the wires to it...yeah, gotta partially pull to check that too. Good luck. John
