On the re-connect to the truck feature (1), if you do any manual leveling after the auto-level step, the feature will give the error message. I can't remember if there is any ranges of angles where you started that it won't return to.
It sounds like you may need to re-cal your auto-level feature if it isn't getting it to within a few tenths of a percent level. When you say it isn't 100% level, how much off are you meaning and how are you determining it?
