Dealer installed for first 5th wheel at 6 years ago, don`t know what year the hitch was could be older, probably was doubt it was just off the boat. Red arrow points to bolt that came loose. Never trusted the hitch after that even with new upgraded bolt from factory ( did not loosen after new bolt installed) Not going to get under 5`r nose mid travels to check torque (150 lbs required). Although I liked the hitch and it worked as designed and was just a greasy mess in the bed it had to go after the second time I found the bolt lose after re-torque.
