If you have a hard pin box, meaning it doesn't float like the newer rigs with the Morryde boxes, then yes it may help with movement.

Forget about the tank level sensors, as most rigs don't have working sensors soon after purchase.

You may need the awning worked on, but they will sag with a lot of water weight on them, and your wet carpet may be a leak at a window or a caulking failure on the outside of the slide.

On your tires, does your rig have 6 lug or 8 lug wheels? If six lug, they are 6,000 axles, and you can go with good LT truck tires instead of ST trailer tires. If 8 lug, it is becoming risky using the ST tires, as there quite a few that have had tire failures causing much damage. You will have many threads on this forum to read up on tire issues.
