But we are like Glenn - we're trying to get acclimated...
Oh contraire my friend. The last thing I want is to be is accilmated to Florida's temps. No way do I want to feel shivering cold, as many Floridians do, when it is only 50 to 60° outside. No way do I want to bundle up when it's just 40° and no way on God's green earth do I ever want to get used to the 90s plus with Hi humidity.
The past month has had some warm temps but many days in the 40s night and daytime highs in the low to mid 70s. This is my kind of weather but to many folks down here it's like freezing cold.
To give you an idea of how they like warm down here, the campground keeps the pool's water temp at 85°. Kinda like swimming in bath water. During these COOL days the campground fills twice as many propane cylinders as normal. There was only one night that we had the furnace on and that night it went down to the low 40s with 20 mph winds.
