Ran into a small problem while home on R&R during Christmas. We have a 2004 RK and the DW tends to load up any shelves/drawers/storage and the drawer support for the island in the rear kitchen fell apart. Now don,t get me wrong, we love our Monty but the engineering leaves us wondering sometimes. It seems that the support for the drawer in the kitchen island was hanging form under the counter top with some 1X and those thin little "staple nails?".
Anyway, it failed. What I did was go to the local Lowe's/Home Depot etc. and got some more 1X(6ft)and some "L" brackets. I then re-supported it from the floor of the storage area with the 1X making a type of horse shoe bracket and secured it to the staorage cabinet with the "L" brackets.
Now it works fine, will take four times the weight and the repairs are inside and out of sight.
I am back in Iraq again so I can't send any pictures but anyone with the "RK" model may want to look at that area for extra support before they lose that drawer.
