I've got similar ones -- but they're the leveling wedges made by Beech Lane.

There are much easier to use than the Lego blocks because you adjust height by moving forward or backward on them instead of having to pull all the way off the Legos and add/subtract blocks.

HOWEVER, there is a caveat. With Lego blocks you can drive off the blocks as far as you want. But with these, you can't... Yeah, I found out the hard way. I was out by myself and pulled forward to get off the levelers. Felt resistance and went back and this is what I saw. So while leveling the rig with the wedges is much easier, when it's time to remove them, with our double axle trailers, you can only pull up or back just enough to get off of them and then you have to remove the one between the tires or it'll get wedged in like mine did.

Lesson learned. Now I know.
