In Oregon for state parks you have Reserve America which will gurantee you a spot. you are required to THINK ahead when and where you want to camp. A VERY simple system. If you can't plan ahead your lose. I make reservations for July and September 9 months in advance. All these campgrounds have specific areas for tenters at a reduced price. If you have 12 grandchildren, I hope you don't bring them all at once. I would not want to be next to you. I don't also approve of people who bring more than 2 pets. There should be a limit of 2 pets period. RESERVE AHEAD OF TIME all campers are equal.
