Home Again

Well after five months and about 3800 miles on the road,we're back home again. The Cummins and Montana were a perfect match.

We spent a week or so in Pisgah National Forest in NC, short visit in W. Virginia and on to Pennsylvania where we managed a National Forest campground from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Great summer. Never had to use air and each night the temp was in the low 50s(except for May and Sept. when it was much lower).

After Pa, we went to Ohio and Michigan, then to Goshen to visit the factory, down to the Daniel Boone National Forest for several days(Zilpo and Twin Knobs campgrounds), visited a state park at Natural Bridge in Kentucky and from there back to Pisgah National Forest for two weeks and finally home. It was a great summer. We didn't need AC until we got home. In fact a couple of days ago we had to use heat in Pisgah Nat'l Forest. The temps dropped into the low 30s several times.

Florida is still too hot for us but we'll survive until spring when we'll do it all over again. Don't know yet if we will be back in Pa or somewhere else. We are looking at several options for the summer next year.

Life is so great when you can travel and we love it. The Montana and Dodge Diesel are just perfect together.
