The shower could be replaced, but it would be a lot of work and expensive. You would need a 3 piece shower which would be a base and two wall panels. You would also probably need a new shower door, new flooring, and repair or replace the wall paneling. I have replaced showers and tubs in stick houses, but would not want to do a RV shower unless it was absolutely necessary.
