Read my post it is obvious I was referring to vehicles that you would have to go out and started.

The Florida law exempts those vehicles as well.

The subject is “leaving your keys” in the car.

In Florida and many other states a motor vehicle comes under the “inherently dangerous Instrument” doctrine.

In 1920 the Florida Supreme Court ruled that a Moto Vehicle is an inherently dangerous instrument.

So you jump out of your car and leave the keys to go get a loaf of bread and a 14 year old childe decides to take it for a ride and kills someone with it you up for a Vehicular Manslaughter Charge.

Like it or not it is the Law.
