Keep in mind the shower pressure is also dependent on the campground city water pressure if you are hooked up. When we have encountered low pressure areas, we have filled the on-board fresh-water tank, then used the pump which will provide some relief. I would guess you could bump up the pump pressure (by replacing the OEM water pump) somewhat to get more pressure, but then you are trusting the "Amish craftsmen" and their skills with the water line joints. If you can find the space, you can also add a pressurized bladder tank in-line with the city water feed to bump up the pressure. As Michael says, there have been many who have upgraded the shower itself, and the favorite upgrade is the one he listed.
