We will be moving to Carlsbad NM Dec1. I will be visiting next week to look for a location to park the 5th wheel. Have looked online and contacted some of the campgrounds. The Escapees Ranch Coop looks interesting but I worry about some of its restrictions. Looks like all the regular RV parks are full up with waiting lists or to rough for our tastes. I will be working there for several years but we will keep our country estate in Arkansas. Have considered buying a lot in town where we could park and build when it suited us
