Tim: If you are not able to leave then next best solution (if able) is to hook up truck and turn so that whole unit is facing into the wind as best you can predict. The Monte can handle the wind fine (think driving down the road at 65/70 with any type of head wind and you are close to that 100 mph.) As you said, it is the other stuff that is flying with that wind that will do the damage and nothing you can do, save putting it in a bunker, is going to protect it there. The truck will help weigh down the front end and keep wind from getting under the front; if it comes from the side, nothing you can do will help a crosswind.

Best of luck as this thing comes in -- may it blow it self out long before it gets to you!!!
