I was told that the fan motors are not heavy duty and not made for continuous use as I had been doing! They said they are made for occasional use etc. What happened was the fan quit and the overtemperature sensor shut down the heater as it is supposed to do. So if you use yours a lot expect to replace the fan motor and/or look into getting a spare!

I have a 2017 HC 310RL and they don't just replace the fan anymore you have to buy the whole unit now. Im on my 3rd one counting the original one. My model is around 200 dollars for it
