I'm on a 110v at home but of course I'm not trying to run a/c cause I'm only on a 20A circuit, but everything else seems to have power.

A dog bone adaptor will jumper the single hot leg to both sides of your split bus in the RV. Keep in mind that your RV does not use 220/240V. While the 50A feed "may" and should have 220 between hot legs, the RV panel is only utilizing one hot leg to neutral for each side of the split bus. in other words the panel has two sides of 50A 120V.
