The amps sound about right. Your 15k should be running about 2 amps more than the 13.5k. They should be separate but who knows what Keystone does. Just be sure your microwave and fridge and fireplace are separate from your a/c's if they are in fact running same side. It's now easy to tell what's on which leg with the Progressive.
