They continue to stand by the story that I need to disconnect and reconnect behind the telvision. I have not had a chance to figure out any improvement at this time. By the time I am through with it this winter, I will have some switches in place to accomplish the deed and also hopefully end up with a system that will allow me to watch the same DVD in the bedroom and the livingroom at the same time. Not a big issue as we have only had cable one time all summer, but it would be nice to know that everything works as it should. Thank you for the imput!
