I have the trailer brake controler that comes standard on Dodge Ram Trucks. I had it set on 5 with my travel trailer that I traded in, about 7000 lbs., and never seemed to have any problems when stopping. I wonder what I need to set in on with the New 3000RK Montana. I probably weigh arount 12000 lbs. When stopping on the way home I could tell I need to make some changes in the settings. Any suggestions? I know you don't want it too high.
